THE MINIMALIST HOUSE, DESIGNED IN COLLABORATION WITH CHATEAU D’AX.
Minimalist lines reflected in pools of turquoise water. We are in the countryside around Pavia, a location designed to be a refuge from the city after a hard day’s work. A shell of reinforced concrete built on steep land descending towards the Valley of Montebello. Thanks to the distinctive shape of the floor plan, all of the rooms look out on to limitless views.
OPTIMUM GEOMETRY AND PROPORTIONS FOR THE HOUSE DESIGNED BY ENNIO AROSIO

CHARLOT THE SCULPTURE TABLE
New details also for the table that becomes a sculpture in this house, its large facets outline a new concept in design. Innovation in shapes for the new Chateau d’Ax experience.
THE HEART OF THE HOME: THE KITCHEN AT THE HEART OF THE DESIGN
A large fireplace distinguishes the room chosen for the kitchen. The owner of the house wanted to recreate the look of his childhood home, reinterpreting in a minimalist style even the fireplace at the centre of his home. The Sestriere kitchen with a matt white and anthracite finish was chosen for this room. The matt lacquered finish gives the doors a distinctive look. A deep island helps with practical functions providing a practical work surface, storage and convenient shelves that lighten the look.
CHARLINE THE BED WITH ACCESSORIES
The Charline bed designed by Ennio Arosio is based on the assumption that not all beds have to be the same! Oh yes, before being a bed, Charline is an oasis of rest, with many accessories that can be added to create new furnishing solutions. From pouffes that slot into the foot of the bed, to curved bedside tables that are also available with a drawer, to the table tops, also shaped, that can also be used as a TV shelf. The headboard is prominent and generous in comfort. This explains why it is once again good to stay in bed a little longer every now and again!
THE WARDROBE WITH TWO FACES, GLOSSY AND MIRRORED
The search for essential lines has also been successful in the choice of finishes for this wardrobe with handles in polished aluminium, two mirrored doors and one door with a glossy lacquered grey finish. A good combination for this home as the mirrors extend the view to the other side of the room.
